My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were much better than expected, with a more comfortable bed and a quieter environment, but cleanliness was an issue with black spots on the sheets and poorly maintained showers. Despite being the smallest room in the hotel, it came with unwelcome surprises like a dead fly, ant, and someone else's hair on the pillow.

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, making it convenient for travelers who prefer train transportation. The service was very efficient and accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The dining experience offered a variety of traditional Jaffna dishes, although some may find the foreign palate options limited. The rooms, particularly in the old wing, were quite spacious but could benefit from upgrades to improve comfort levels.
